Lately every day me and my girlfriend have been going on 4 hour (or longer) bike trips and not only am I dropping pounds but I am having fun while doing it ^.^.

Yesterday I should have brought my camcorder because we had an exciting/funny trip to subway. I got a 6 inch veggie delight that was amazing and perfectly filling! Afterwards we went to Kroger and got her mom a birthday present for today. Then had a nice adventure back. (I would say we biked over 7 miles).
can't wait to do it again.
